We are now shifting our business from the first phase to the next phase with celebrating our 25th year anniversary
Since its inception, our company has always been overseas-focused. We take pride in bringing businesses from overseas to Japan as well as from Japan to overseas. We have had significant success in starting businesses in key overseas markets.

For example, The company has focused on working as caregivers abroad. This effort has now produced cross-over opportunities for resident Filipinos to work in care facilities.
The answer to the challenges we faced have not been straightforward. We had to make necessary adjustments to deliver what the market requires. For example, in the caregiver business, it was not as simple as recruiting Filipino. We opted for the route of actually training people in Japan and then dispatching them to employers after that. It was an expensive and complicated route for sure but it allowed us to gain a foothold in the business.
In the area of call center software made in India, we took a solution that was supposed to meet international standards and had to customize features to suit the needs of Japanese customers. Localization goes way beyond simple translation.
It is very difficult to get anything foreign to be accepted in an intensely competitive and mature Japanese market.
In doing business overseas, Japanese companies have always been expected foreign partners to have the same sense of speed and responsibility to deliver what was promised when deals are made and constant follow up until things are completed.
In doing business with cable TV companies, our dealings have led to selling IRUs in submarine cable capacities that we have acquired, despite the existence of local established service providers.
The Company is now considered to be a leader in penetrating and becoming a solid player in niche markets. That is the first phase of what we want to achieve. We are now entering the next phase as we come close to celebrating our 25th year anniversary. We are bringing in more talent and expertise to achieve our goals.
While we do not have real success stories in mega markets yet, our current focus is to achieve just that. We want to excel in new areas of technical know how that have to be fully commercially deployed.
